About all the training i have been able to get in has been gym time . Mother nature has not been on my side to get much outside riding time but… I have done 4 to 5 days a week in the gym and starting out each workout  with a 30 min bike ride and then doing what ever weight training Cory has for me to do that day. I don’t really ask i just do as the gym owner/trainer tells me what to do that day . Now last week he had me do some crazy calf work out that had me not liking him so much for 4 days but i am walking correctly again so no love lost .  But i am still wondering how ill be moving in the morning after all the “sumo” squats today.

It’s COLD i think the high today is supposed to be like 26 ! So yes this does cause a challenges but oh well nothing like riding in the office while watching the news !
