Getting into the GYM !!

I hope that everyone had a wonderful holidays and is having a great start to their year ! About all the training i have been able to get in has been gym time . Mother nature has not been on my side to get much outside riding time but… I have done 4 to 5 days a week in the gym and starting out each workout  with a 30 min bike ride and then doing what ever weight training Cory has for me to do that day. I don’t really ask i just do as the gym owner/trainer tells me what to do that day . Now last week he had me do some crazy calf work out that had me not liking him so much for 4 days but i am walking correctly again so no love lost .  But i am still wondering how ill be moving in the morning after all the “sumo” squats today.

    Sumo squats?! Ooh..painful! Always remember that the handicap stall is your friend! Take it from me – I had the same problem last week.

    Glad to hear you’re training hard! The hardest step is walking in through the gym doors. Once you’re there, it’s all downhill! : ))
